Some of the things that come to mind when I think of our very first RV Road Trip in California. “Lets get away” I told my boyfriend, now fiancé. Those are the words that came out of both of our mouths way too often. We are thrill seekers, always looking for the next big thing or should I say, the next big trip.
Firstly, travel was our middle name, something that felt like home to us both. Since the day we met we’ve always talked about doing a cross country road trip. While we didn’t exactly drive across the country, we flew from the East to the West Coast arriving to our dream ride or I guess you can say, home for the next ten days. We were so excited and happy for what was to come!
Secondly, I do have to admit; driving through California’s windy desert mountain roads with the best views of the sunset from our RV window, really gave us all of the feels. This made me want to forget about real life for a while and consider just living out of our RV. That is our dream and something we always talk about; to see and travel the world in an RV. This is one of our major goals that we wish to accomplish sometime in the next few years. It was like we were in our favorite movie, sleeping under the stars and swoon by the beautiful sunset hanging over the boulders at Indian Cove.
